Hosting French students in France

We have created documents along the years and noticed that not all of you knew about them, nor about the service we can provide prior & during stays. The purpose of this page is to remind you what we can offer you, guidance wise, and to display the documents we have created.

The work we do for English families
- Make our service well-known and notorious so that we attract potential guests & students for your families (hence invest money & energy in advertising),
- Provide a safe environment for hosting by being registered as a travel organization and insured for this activity (if any thing terrible was to happen we have your back, legally & financially wise),
- Make expectations clear to you and manage students' expectations so that everyone is on the same page with regards to what hosting implies.
- Build & maintain your family's profile so that we always share with potential guests an updated & accurate description of who you are and the conditions you will host students in (your profile will also include feedbacks from prior stays), this way avoiding any bad surprise & discontentment.
- Provide guidelines & tuition material that will facilitate your hosting & ensure both your satisfaction & the student’s >> HENCE THIS PAGE TO PUT FORWARD OUR DOCUMENTATION
- Bring to you potential hostings which you will be free to accept or not. Each request will detail the student’s profile and needs. Same way we share RELEVANT british families’ profiles with French families ; we try our best to make sure that the guests we send to your home are RELEVANT for you. For example, we try our best to make sure (younger) students are truly motivated to stay with an english family and will be enjoyable guests in your home.
- Finally, we are in charge of the bookings with French families (we will share with both you & the french family a contract untitled “confirmation de séjour”. The contract details who the students is, who will be his/her host family, what will be the dates of the stay, the amount of teaching required, the compensation that will be offered to you for your hosting & teaching).
